Western Art in Sunny Phoenix
On October 16th, I attended the Cowboy Artist of America show at the Phoenix Museum of Art.
As usual, the show was an exciting event attended by the pillars of the Western Art scene. I had a great time visiting with other artists and my long‐time clients.
For those of you who could not make the show, here are a few photographic highlights.
Seth Hopkins, Executive Director of the Booth Western Art Museum flew out for the event.
I caught up with Joshua Rose, Editor of Western Art Collector magazine. I recently learned that Western Art Collector will be doing a feature article in June, 2011, on my new philanthropic organization, Woplia Artist Guild.
Here I am with David Wilkinson of Legacy Gallery.
Meeting up with one of my collectors at the show.
The day I flew home, I had breakfast with my publicity team, the three dames from ThreeDames Webworks.
Back to Arizona soon
I will be heading back to Arizona this weekend for the Tucson Museum of Art Lewis and Clark Show. One of my new works, Encounter with the Teton Sioux, September 25, 1804, will be exhibited at the show.
